very intuituve. quick and easy to learn. i operate mobily so i like the fact that i can use it on any of my 4 computers any where in the world. Very easy to drop text in. I like the erase and highlight feature. I tried at least 6 other platfroms and they were too dificult to use.

I enjoy the ability to convert PDF files back into MS Word. Very Often I will start in MS Word and send the document to an employer who then sends me a final version in PDF which is OK until such time as there is a need amend it. As I don't travel with a copier, printer or scanner this creates problems.

The software could use some updating. It is not the easiest to edit the document. The app also kept crashing on me and I had to start all over again. It was very frustrating.

The ease of use, the verification of signature and the compatibility on all types of documents

The cost...yearly is pricey considering there are programs that you pay more upfront but it’s a one time fee

How do I mail merge names and addresses?
Add name, address, and other fields in your database through Merge Fields. Go to Mailings > Insert Merge Field and select the field you want to add. Continue adding fields until you've added all the information you want on your letter. Choose OK.
