Click on the 'Edit' tab in the top menu.

Select the 'Dropdown Transcript' option from the toolbar.

A dropdown transcript will appear on the right side of the document.

To adjust the dropdown options, click on the 'Edit' button next to the dropdown transcript.

A dialog box will open, displaying the current options in the dropdown.

To add a new option, click on the 'Add Option' button.

Enter the desired option text in the input field and click 'Save'.

To delete an option, click on the 'Delete' button next to the option you want to remove.

To rearrange the options, click and drag the handle icon next to each option.

Once you have made all the necessary adjustments, click 'Save' to apply the changes to the dropdown transcript.

You can also customize the appearance of the dropdown transcript by clicking on the 'Settings' button.

In the settings menu, you can change the font, size, color, and other formatting options.

After customizing the appearance, click 'Save' to save your changes.
