How to Use the Adjust Text Feature in pdfFiller

The Adjust Text feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily modify and customize the text in your PDF documents. Follow these simple steps to make the most out of this feature:

Open the PDF document you want to edit in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Text' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

Select the text you want to adjust by clicking and dragging your cursor over it.

Once the text is selected, a toolbar will appear with various options. Click on the 'Adjust Text' button.

A sidebar will open on the right side of the screen, showing the available adjustments for the selected text.

Use the 'Font' section to change the font type, size, and style of the text. Simply click on the desired options to apply them.

In the 'Color' section, you can change the text color by selecting a new color from the color palette.

The 'Alignment' section allows you to align the text to the left, center, or right.

If you want to add a background color to the text, use the 'Background' section. Click on the color palette to choose a color.

To adjust the spacing between characters, words, or lines, use the 'Spacing' section. Simply enter the desired values or use the arrows to increase or decrease the spacing.

Once you have made all the necessary adjustments, click on the 'Apply' button to save the changes.

If you want to undo any adjustments, click on the 'Reset' button.

You can also adjust the text properties for multiple text fields at once by selecting multiple fields before clicking on the 'Adjust Text' button.
