I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. I like that you can complete and send all through the site. The customer support online feature is great and the reps were knowledgeable and helpful.

Price of a subscription. (Being forced to write 40 characters or more is absurd.) Also, the survey is too long and time consuming.

Would be helpful if png's were accepted and converted to pdf's.

Takes a little getting used to, but not bad
Fairly easy to use once you get used to the set up and lay out. I had used different software to begin with so it took some time to get used to. I like the fact that you can create or upload your document, fill it out, sign it and then send it off to be signed by another party all in one place.
Took some getting used to as I had used different products in the past. Other than that, there really is nothing bad about this software.

PDF filler is VERY easy to use
PDF filler is VERY easy to use. The only sticky point for me sometimes is finding forms. There is a library connected to the app but I often find the forms there confusing. So I google them and import.

I would change the interface
I would change the interface, to make it more friendly, the location of the buttons, and things like that, but the tool is very powerful and honestly very very helpful! Thanks a lot!

Eliminating so much wasted paper
Very good! Would highly recommend to any fast paced office
We have cut out paper usage in half since we started using this product! And by refusing our waste we also reduced our shredding fees
I haven't found anything to dislike yet. So far it's been a very positive experience and no complaints.

PDF Filler makes it very easy to modify and create pdfs from anywhere. I specifically like their simplified process for editing. Their customer worked with me on an issue I was having and I'm satisfied with the result.
