Ryan was beyond patient with me to solve my issue. I really felt like he was determined to have me understand the instructions he was giving me towards the solution. He used a few of approaches. What do you like best?
All the functions have served me well but.the one I used the most is the fax option. I recently started using PDf fillable now that I'm completely online as it help for those clients that do not have access to printers, scanners or fax machines
What do you dislike?
That I can not save it as a template and upload it to my cloud service

Great customer experience with this company. Very responsive to technical questions and billing service cared more about our satisfaction than most companies even though it wasn't to their direct bottom line advantage. Will use them again surely.
