With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Product is really good, but customer service is great. I had an issues with printing after spending a couple of hours editing a documents and quickly became frustrated. I contacted customer service, they responded within a few hours with a solid solution that worked.

I like that I can quickly sign something without printing and scanning signing and scanning again. I can send this out right from here via my email, haven't checked Gmail records yet, but if they've been recorded there, I think I will use this app for years to come.

Excellent!!! If this doesn't help you in today's busy office nothing will. I compare it to driving downtown. You know where you want to go but can't because of all the 1-way streets. It opens up all the roads.

Very easy to use. Have saved me so much time.
Saves time by not having to re-type documents and I can just add in names on pre-typed forms. It has been instrumental for changing contracts and names on documents
I think, if it isn't in place, a way to be able to use it on your mobile device. Most often, I'm on the go and things have to be changed or modified. This could be huge for a busy person like me.

Good company with a great product
This is a good company with a great product. I am a retired attorney who was in need of a certification of trust for our family living trust. I checked pdfFiller and found what I needed but then realized that in my experience as a lawyer, I already knew the basics of what had to be done. So I cancelled the subscription and within minutes, received word from pdfFiller that the subscription would be cancelled. An honest company that is responsive, with good products - can't do better than that.
