I like being able to streamline our company process with our patient's paperwork.
What do you dislike?
I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.

I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.

Great for easy form creation for end users
I love that you can make not only nice, user-friendly forms, but they become user-intuitive with this product. This takes the process ahead of just creating a Microsoft Office form, but allows you to create sophisticated forms that can be filled and even electronically delivered.
Often the layout gives me trouble or won't let me create form boxes in the appropriate area because it keeps snapping them to the grid, which might not automatically line up to my form fields as well.

I had a surprisingly positive experience when I discovered that I had a subscription after several months of notifications being filtered into my spam folder. When I contacted the company, I received a prompt and thorough response. I wasn’t hassled or blamed; instead, I felt understood and supported. EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. The person who helped me was very kind, and responded promptly. I had a full refund within 48 hours! EXCELLENT customer service!

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. How do you add an addendum to a lease?
