I like being able to streamline our company process with our patient's paperwork.
What do you dislike?
I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.

Great for easy form creation for end users I love that you can make not only nice, user-friendly forms, but they become user-intuitive with this product. This takes the process ahead of just creating a Microsoft Office form, but allows you to create sophisticated forms that can be filled and even electronically delivered. Often the layout gives me trouble or won't let me create form boxes in the appropriate area because it keeps snapping them to the grid, which might not automatically line up to my form fields as well.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't… I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Adding an Addendum You should include the date, the address of the rental property and the names of each party just as you would in the original lease. Each addendum you create should address a separate topic, so title each accordingly, and include the word addendum in each to stay organized and avoid confusion.

A lease addendum has the ability to provide the both parties with negotiated changes and documentation. A lease addendum can also be defined as rental agreement between tenants and landlord wherein, it states all the expectations and rules about your rental period.
Adding an Addendum must include the basic elements of any landlord/tenant agreement. Tenants have no obligation to sign addenda presented to them after signing the original lease. Let's say the lease was signed in March, but the landlord creates an addendum in June.
Instead of changing the actual lease agreement, an addendum is a document added to a lease agreement outlining the prearranged modifications. Once both parties agree with the addendum, each party must sign the document to make it legally binding.
