I have been using PDFfiller for several years and it is essential to my law practice. I haven't used a typewriter to fill in forms since I began using PDFfiller. Especially helpful filling out long questionnaire forms which may have to be changed as additional information is received. Great product!

that it's not an actual software downloaded to the computer but a website, and certain things you do that take you through different windows

IRS changed the 1099 misc form
IRS changed the 1099 misc form, so I had to find an alternative access to the 1099 misc form that showed non employee compensation. The 1099 NEC form was the form I needed. A new bokkeeper will handlethis from now on. Thank you

This program works great!
This program works great, sometimes things are a little off once you download and certain documents are easily editable while others can be a pain in the butt. Overall I like it & I think it's great. I would definitely use it & recommend it.

Eliminating so much wasted paper
Very good! Would highly recommend to any fast paced office
We have cut out paper usage in half since we started using this product! And by refusing our waste we also reduced our shredding fees
I haven't found anything to dislike yet. So far it's been a very positive experience and no complaints.

I will be back!
I used PDFfiller to sign severance paperwork. I took the free trial and then THOUGHT I canceled it right away. When the charge came through, I was ready for a fight...but that didn't happen. Kirsten at PDFfiller's live chat was lovely and helpful. She even apologized for the mistake I most likely made. Then she asked if I was sure I wanted to cancel (a trained question). When I said that I didn't need the service, she didn't push and she processed the cancellation and refund right away. If/when I DO need a pdf filling service again, I will use them!

What does common seal mean?
Definition of Common Seal: It is the signature of the company to any document on which it is affixed and binds the company for all obligations undertaken in the document. In other words, Common Seal is the official signature of the company and each company shall have only one seal, on its incorporation.
Where can I seal a document?
Most states have their own special seals that may be the traditional wax, rubber or paper. The seal should be affixed close to the signature of the highest ranked person affiliated with the company or organization that created the legal document.
What information should be on a company seal?
The company seal is a tool used to stamp or emboss your company's important documents in order to show the document is certified by, and agreed upon by, the Board of Directors of the company. The company seal contains the company's name, its year of incorporation and the state in which the company was filed.
How can I get company seal?
