Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Takes a lot of the manual work out of form filling and PDF generation.
User manual could use a bit more work - some features were not obvious as a first time user.

I think its a good app but it should be…
I think its a good app but it should be free for certain things like creating a fillable pdf. im kinda rusty on mydocument skills but im pretty sure you can do the same thing in microsoft office for free . but i just needed 1 document and the 30 day trial worked for me. im not really sure what else the app can do so maybe its worth it to some people. but it was fairely easyy to navigate and figure out how to do stuff thanks chris
