What do you like best?
We use it to generate fillable forms for customers - it works very well whether inserting date or image.
What do you dislike?
The document management part is a bit confusing. It can be difficult to work with templates vs documents, and with shared templates or documents.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
PDFFiller has made generation of forms - both using their web app and API, extremely productive for our operations team.

Does it all The best program to work with documents Easily completes and adds information to any document or report. You can size the information to fit the provided space, cut and paste and maneuver easily within the document. You can access the program and the documents you have completed as the application is on the web and it retains your completed report in their system. If they could combine other pdf tools would be awesome. Some of the more common pdf functions include moving pages, separating pages and duplicating pages, etc...

I was able to edit the pdf… I was able to edit the pdf appropriately. When I converted to a word document, the places I had checkmarks in the pdf did not align properly in the word document, but that's really the only issue I had.

To modify a column, click the column in the list, click Modify, and then make the appropriate changes. Note: Some options for adding, removing, or modifying columns are available only when you publish to a SharePoint site.
Open the SharePoint list you want to work with. If you want to change columns in a view other than the default view, click View options. Click the arrow next to the column that you want to change, and then select Column settings.
On the List Settings or Library Settings page, scroll down to the Columns section, and select Add from existing site columns. On the Columns from Site Columns page, in the Select Columns section, select a column in the Available site columns list, and then select Add.
Navigate to the list or library you want to create a column in. Select Settings. On the Settings page, scroll down to the Columns section, and then select Add from existing site columns.
