It can be irritating. There are capabilities in the software that are not immediately obvious. You have to discover them without assistance. e.g. How to reduce font size where that is available.

It was very easy to Fill out the PDF. Then I was suprised I could also mail it, from the same website. I can upload a PDF and have it mailed, even by Certified Mail. That you can mail or fax the PDF. You can like email to fax. Which is very good. Especially since I don't have a phone anymore, let alone a fax, since I just use my Cell Phone. Technical support is terrific. They are always availble, they know everything, they are very helpful. For example, one technician let me email him my PDF, he fixed it for me, and emailed back to me.

Paul was fantastic Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. great product, "home" and "end" keyboard keys slightly buggy All is great except that when im typing in a text box and click the "home" or "end" key on my keyboard it sends me to the beginning/end of the entire document instead of the beginning/end of the text box itself.

The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes.
