I would recommend, with caveats about the cost based on how much it would be used. Many government forms and other PDFs are already fillable, so PDFfiller isn't needed that often for the average person. However, it was very nice to use.

So far it works great! There's a bit of a learning curve, but I was able to chat with a support rep even though it was late at night. He helped explain how I could achieve my goals for our Robotics team engineering notebook forms.

The ease of filling in forms and quickly.
What do you dislike?
Nothing except that when I print a doc, the Print button is at the bottom of window and I can't move it up so I have to click the very tip of the box that says print. - This could be my computer problem too but is weird and that just started about 6 months ago.

What do you like best?
Easy to use but comprehensive options for editing. Quick and efficient which is important with time sensitive docs and a busy life. Some recent new features tells me the company is progressive. I was having technical difficulties one day and support was responsive. I've tried numerous PDF/Editing programs. and this is by far my favorite. It's web based not some ap that you have to download that later crashes your computer. Can access it from any PC so that helps too.
What do you dislike?
The price is substantially more that I'd like to see. Takes a bit to save file to PC once done editing. can be a little slow at times but still a reliable tool I use at least weekly if not daily. Something in the $50 range would be delightful and it's well above that currently. Maybe efax for this price I have not used the esign feature yet so maybe will try that given our member benefit program is lapsing.

Quick way to edit and correct documents. Easy to save and access later. Lots of options for composing sending and revising. I only use basic functions but there are several ways to use this valuable tool beyond the features I use that exceed other competitors.

What do you like best? Very easy to upload my documents, clean them up and edit and add information. I like that it stores all my documents that I've worked with. What do you dislike? Printing from the site has so many print windows to go through. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy, Cost Effective. There is not a lot of features to overwhelm someone. For us, it works great as we only need to edit information on new documents but only receive the originals on paper so this is the easiest to get them filled out, and into electronic format for future use What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We complete our bid documents on this program and the PDF filler keeps the information professional, legible and I can go back and edit as needed. Easy and Cost effective solution for our small company

To appear on the diploma, a legal name change must be submitted to the Registrar's Office, 1113 Murphy Hall, by the last day of the degree-expected term. Submit a Legal Name Change or Correction form. Documentation supporting the name change is required. There is no fee for this service.
Affidavit. Seek the help of a local notary to make an affidavit for name change. Publish in newspaper. Next, you need to publish the change of name in at least two local newspaper. Gazette notification. Verification. Approval.
Neither you are required to change your name in your school-leaving certificates, nor it is permissible for you to change your name therein. On the basis of the notarized affidavit and newspaper publication you can change your name in PAN card, Voter card, Adhara card and passport.
You can get the admission done by giving an undertaking that the spelling mistake is done by the issuing authority and with in three months you will submit the corrected document. Then you can contact your old college and give a letter in writing asking for the correction in your certificate.

Student names listed on a diploma must match the official name on file at the University (first name, middle name, last name), with the following exceptions: Option of first name or initial. Option of diminutive or alternative form for the first name (e.g. Elizabeth to Liz).
I would suggest more of an American standard to have a single middle name and abbreviating that one. In other parts of the world, those with a civil registry for example, your full name is used on diplomas anyhow, as that's your name and your name's what goes on a diploma.)
Most commonly, people write out their first name and surname, and use the initial letter of the middle name, as: Donald J. Trump. Some people, however, go by their middle name rather than first name, in which case the middle name is spelled out and the first name is reduced to an initial, as: D.
