Very smooth and easy. A little set back by only being able to elect monthly or yearly before being able to print, basically buying something you haven't seen. I like the flexibility of this program
I like the flexibility of this program.
But there is a glitch when trying to edit some of the text lines. The original text area shrinks so small you cannot see it, I figured out that using the "T" text increase option helps fix the issue, it took me a bit to figure it out.

Easy to use
I couldn't find what I was looking for on the CRA site and this popped up in my search. I have used it before for Real Estate forms. I didn't know I could use it for CRA forms too.
I love how easy it is to use.

My only knock is the price
My only knock is the price, for a small business this is an unique tool to have to save money getting documents done over etc. If the cost was not out of my price range, for the amount of time i use it i would definitely purchase.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was charged a subscription fee and I didn't understand why, so I contacted the company via chat. The agent that assisted me was amazing!! She totally understood and was very helpful. She was extremely professional. I really expected that this was going to be a very unpleasant experience for me, but it was absolutely pleasant and positive! Thank you! What does it mean to append a query?
An Append Query is an action query (SQL statement) that adds records to a table. An Append query is often referred to as an Insert Query because the SQL syntax uses the INSERT INTO command.
How do you append data in access without duplicates?
In the Navigation Pane, right-click the table that contains the field, and then click Design View. Select the field that you want to make sure has unique values. In the Field Properties pane at the bottom of the table design view, on the General tab, set the Indexed property to Yes (No duplicates).
How do you append a copy in access?
Step 1: Create a query to select the records to copy. Open the database that contains the records that you want to copy. Step 2: Convert the select query to an append query. Step 3: Choose the destination fields. Step 4: Preview and run to append query.
