Are transcripts sent through common app?
The Common App only accepts electronic transcripts from Credential Solutions and Parchment, so if an institution does not use either of these services, the official transcript must be sent by mail.

How do you transfer transcripts to common app?
Be sure to include your full Common App ID # when entering the Common App mailing address. If a program asks for unofficial transcripts, you can upload your transcript in the Colleges Attended section. Some programs may not request unofficial transcripts within the Academic History section.
Can you submit common app before transcript?
If you aren't able to get your transcript before you need to submit your application to a required college for a deadline, that's okay. Your application will not be penalized and the college will still get your official transcript from your counselor.
How do I send my transcripts to university?
Transcripts are maintained by the Admissions Office or Registrar's Office at all post-secondary institutions. Transcripts can be ordered online and sent directly to the post-secondary institution to which you are applying. Typically, there is a transcript fee.
Can you submit your common app before transcript?
OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT And it's fine to send transcripts even before you submit an application! However, before your transcript is actually sent, check it thoroughly to be certain that everything is as it should be: classes, grades, and credits, service hours if they're recorded, and SAT/ACT scores.
Can you submit transcript after application?
Do not send transcripts at the time of application. After you submit your application, be prepared to send these copies to the admissions' office at each campus to which you have applied, only upon their request. Official transcripts will be required at the campus you elect to attend.
