I used it when I was having Turbo Tax Problem. It was easier because I knew what to fill out. I work for an evnet company, this could revolutionize our permit process.

initially the software did not allow me to transform document to pdf. contact customer support and eventually the software work as instructed. last the pdf filler content page will not allow the user to rotate the document to the correct form. the document had to be rescan to the proper orientation prior to changing out the format.

What do you like best?
I can format any of the documents I need signed into pdffiller. I really like that I can see if someone has opened a document without completing it so I know to follow up with them to see if I can answer questions. I work for a virtual company so this service has been very beneficial to us (and makes me look good for finding it!)

I wish I could send more than one document in one email to a particular contact.

wonderful program
wonderful program, very helpful for me, I scanned in my document and am able to type it instead of handwriting it, as is the standard in my office. Saves me a ton of time.

my experience has been mostly with export documents that need to send to freight forwarders. what I really need is reference for HS codes that are uniform and acceptable and how this system integrates within our network.

How do you attach a notary certificate?
Staple the certificate to the document: Once the certificate is completed, the Notary should be the one to attach it to the document. Generally, the certificate should be stapled to the document's left margin, behind the signature page.
What needs to be on a notarized document?
To get a document notarized, visit a notary public, prove your identity, and sign the document. Official identification: The notary will ask for identification to verify that you really are who you say you are. Wait to sign: Be sure to bring an unsigned document to the notary don't sign it ahead of time.
What should a notary statement say?
This means that, when notarizing documents, the notary public must include a statement indicating the type of notarial act performed, showing when, where and before whom the notarial act was completed. It is never acceptable to place only one's signature and seal on a document, without any notarial language.
What is notary wording?
Notary verbiage is a fancy way of saying Notary wording. Oaths and Affirmations might not contain any written proof of the transaction other than in the Notary journal. The Notary form where the Notary wording is documented or written is called a Notary Certificate.
What is a loose notary certificate?
A loose certificate is a notarial certificate that is contained on a separate sheet of paper and is not part of the original document. It is attached usually stapled to the document's signature page. It's used when: No notarial wording is provided on the document.
Can a notary use loose notarial certificates?
Always Comply With Your State's Notary Requirements This ensures the notarization will be performed correctly and helps prevent someone from fraudulently attaching a loose certificate to another document. While most states allow Notaries to complete and attach separate certificate forms, Maryland does not.
Can a notary type an Acknowledgement?
Unlike rats, an acknowledgement does not need to be signed in the presence of a notary. However, the affine does need to swear or affirm that they signed under their own free will.
What do you write when you notarize a document?
