Essential software
Being able to fill in pdf's is great! It saves so many steps and looks more professional. Before I would have to print a form, fill it in by hand, scan it back into the computer and then send it on. Now I can fill in necessary information, neatly typed and send it on.
Once in awhile I have a hard time making it do what I want when I am trying to change a document.

Excellent Customer Support
I received quick email responses from costumer support and very fair and kind help - I wasn't aware of my subscription status and was billed for a full year. Because I didn't need the full year subscription, I cancelled my subscription and emailed customer support right away to let them know. I requested a refund and it was kindly granted. Mind you, I emailed them as soon as I got my billing notification from PayPal and my bank account hadn't been charged yet - but they made sure to refund me before I was charged! Many thanks to the helpful customer support worker.

I was unable to embolden a specific part of my texts. Each time I select the target part, the whole texts are emboldened.
Other than this, I'm having a great experience using pdfFiller; it has many great functionalites.

I was accidentally billed after cancelling my subscription. I contacted the customer service and was completely blown away by the fantastic and prompt support i received. How do I change my default PDF viewer?
Step 1: Go to Settings of your phone and tap on Apps & notifications/Installed Apps/App Manager depending on the option available on your phone. Step 2: Tap on the app that is opening your PDF file. Step 3: Tap on Clear defaults, if available on your phone.
How do I change the settings on a PDF?
Go to Settings → Apps → All. Scroll down to Google PDF Viewer app and tap on it. Scroll down to the Launch by default section and tap the “Clear Defaults” button.
How do I change the default program for opening attachments?
In Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10, choose Start and then type Control Panel. Choose Programs > Make a file type always open in a specific program. In the Set Associations tool, select the file type you want to change the program for, then choose Change program.
