I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. I love this program! I am in an area where I do not have a land line or ability to fax and now I can! I also love the feature where I can erase and correct documents without having to recreate the entire document.

Only downside is not having an autosave when working on a PDF and after being distracted by other people returning to the PDF to find you need to restart.

All i needed was the Rewrite PDF mode,
All i needed was the Rewrite PDF mode,but you hide it took me almost 30 minutes to find this.And almost get out from this site..if you see i'm uploading a PDF file, suggest me the rewrite mode from within the Preview mode, (or on right click on the document - with the remove to trash and all the other options)

Very easy to use
That I could fill it in immediately and be able to upload it and save it somewhere else. Also that the formatting remained the same
That I had to save it twice in order to get what I had wrote. I also hate that the text box does not stay within the area you type in.

This program has great functionality
This program has great functionality for myself and my team and they have excellent customer service. I switched to PDF filler nearly two years ago and have never looked back.

AWESOME SOFTWARE
Great software, the only challenge I had was the sign in process. I have had a few accounts as I had challenges signing in and ended up making additional accounts. This could be user error but I am sure others have had this issue also.

A PDF stores all kinds of information about the document itself, also known as metadata. Metadata includes information such as who authored the document, file size, and more.
How do I find the author of a PDF on my computer?
First, right-click anywhere in the PDF and select Document Properties. Then check the details on the Description tab. In this example, the full title was listed (1), along with the correct authoring body at the time the document was created (2), and the date it was created (3).
How do I change the author and title of a PDF online?
Choose File > Properties, and then select Custom. To add a property, type the name and value, and then click Add. To change the properties, do any of the following, and then click OK: To edit a property, select it, change the Value, and then click Change.
