The "Draw" tool needs to have an option to match the color on the picture or PDF page so when you're drawing you don't mess up your picture so bad!

What do you like best?
Frantically searching for a way to fill out a PDF form without losing all of your work? PDFfiller works great, does just what it says on the tin, and has the best customer service I've experienced with a website.

This web site is quick and easy to use…
This web site is quick and easy to use and their support is amazing. I have used the live chat when I was in the middle of a project and gotten an answer in minutes. It takes a lot of the stress out of the process.I saw a review on another site warning people not to supply a credit card. The fact that this person found their template on a site that did not warn them it was a paid service is not the fault of PFDfiller. When you got to their web site, they immediately let you know that you can sign up and get a free trial period, then ask for your payment information, which is SOP for online services as far as I know and gives you the option not to use the service if you don't want to do so.

My experience with PdfFiller was great
My experience with PdfFiller was great. I use PdfFiller as a cloud storage for backup files, in addition I can multitask by retrieving signed documents and save them in my signed doc. file for later.

Amazing

Great Service - Great Support Team
I used this service just once, but it was very easy to navigate the site and all of its capabilities. I thought I had canceled my subscription after I was done and forgot about it until I was charged the full annual fee. I reached out to them to see if I was eligible for a refund since I had not logged into my account in 29 days. They agreed to refund the charge and were very timely about it! I will use this service again if I ever need it again.

pdfFiller provides what it offers-you can add text, and signs (such as the check sign where applicable on boxes) and there are a lot of other features to share the document, from email to links etc. Best part is that it doesn't alter the original PDF format.

Super product, it takes but a few minutes to master and then you are off. The ability to change original self-fillable documents is a terrific feature.

What makes a ballot invalid?
The elector is given another ballot. A 'rejected ballot' is one which cannot be counted due to improper marking by the voter. In such cases one can distinguish an “invalid ballot”, where all votes on the ballot are rendered invalid, from a “partially valid” ballot, with some votes are valid and others invalid.
What spoils a ballot?
In voting, a ballot is considered spoiled, spoiled, void, null, informal, invalid or stray if a law declares or an election authority determines that it is invalid and thus not included in the vote count. This may occur accidentally or deliberately.
What makes a spoiled ballot?
Spoiled ballots are ballots that have been defaced, deformed, or otherwise marked in a way that makes the ballot ineligible. Spoiled ballots most clearly indicate the presence of a protest vote. Write-in votes may also indicate protest voting. In the United States, Mickey Mouse has historically been a popular choice.

What is a valid vote?

What happens if you abstain from voting?

Does your ballot count if you leave something blank?
If I leave something blank on my ballot, my ballot won't be counted.
When voting can you leave some blank?
Under & Over Voting Your ballot is counted even if you leave some races blank (this is an under vote). Voting more than once for a question or race will cancel that vote (this is an over vote). The part of the ballot that is not over voted will be counted.
