4 starts because of great chat support but some features I would change. Like when filling out fillable form, I don't like how the instruction window follows you through the entire document. Most other online forms don't have this because they assume the form is self-explanatory. The feature is cumbersome, like dragging around dead weight. Anyways, that is my input.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Great value and product
Program was formatted well and easy to use for the most part. I was able to complete my revisions within no time and get it to our clients!
I had a few issues with figuring out how to use certain features and how to save the file in a certain format.

Easy to use
Easy to use. I wish I came across this solution first because with it I was able to do in 10 minutes what I couldn't do in hours with the other editors I tried, not counting all the time trying to find them.

It was fairly easy to find my way around the website. Everything that you need it's all right there and you don't have to search and find what ever it is that needed to get your documents completed and able to send

Easy to use. I always send the doc to myself before emailing to final destination, just so I know what it looks like on the receiver's end. Adding a personal note to the email is a bit cumbersome--could be better explained of who sees what.

Completed what I needed done. The reason for 4 stars is because you force people to sign up for a monthly subscription versus just charging for the one time use of the feature.
