Nothing except that when I print a doc, the Print button is at the bottom of window and I can't move it up so I have to click the very tip of the box that says print. - This could be my computer problem too but is weird and that just started about 6 months ago.

Order online (You will need an Iowa Driver's license or ID and a credit card to complete the transaction.) Complete the Special Plate Application form, print and mail with the fees that are due. Your plates will be sent to your county treasurer's office and staff will notify you when your plates are available.
During the past legislative session, the state legislature approved a new design of specialty license plates: an all-black plate with white lettering authorized last legislative session. Money paid for the special blackout plate will go to the Road Use Tax Fund, which funds road and bridge projects throughout Iowa.
The blackout license plates cost $35 for a standard alpha-numeric plate. A personalized plate costs an additional $25 ($60 total). Non-personalized plates can be ordered at your local county treasurer's office, or you can order a blackout license plate at the DOT's website or by mailing in a special form.
Iowa DOT now offering new all-black license plate. Iowa's motorists have a new option of specialty license plate any color you'd like, as long as it's black. The new plate is offered by the Iowa Department of Transportation as both a standard alphanumeric plate for $35 or personalized plate for $60.
