I'm so glad that I found with service. It makes getting paperwork completed without leaving the office. I signed up to use if for free. You only get a couple of free times to use the service. It was very easy to use and was user friendly for using the icons to understand what I was doing. Process was a little slow, but I think that was my computer!

It was easy to sign and save...
It was easy to sign and save my document with no interruptions or gemecs in between. I thought it would of been hard to get it sent via email but that was even more of a breeze.

Excellent support and customer service
I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in Canada and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.
I appreciate the excellent customer service and proper support, polite and professional behavior of the staff.

Great Product
Great Product. I work in a small office. This program is just enough to make great forms for applications and requests. It is easy to use and makes my documents look professional.

this is an very good website. i can literally do almost do more things with this program than with Word.I wonder if there is an app version.
