I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Thanks for listening.

They have a good product but I'm not in…
They have a good product but I'm not in need of a full year subscription. I was able to use their product for the one document I needed and they cancelled my account with little to no effort on my part. If I had a lot of documents I would recommend them.

Searching for specific wording in a .PDF file
My request for assistance with an issue I didn't know how to fix was answered very quickly and I was back to work. Unlike most support with other software companies where you wait 3 days for a response requesting additional information then another 3 days for a response and usually goes on and on. pdfFiller was right there and stayed with me until the problem was solved. Anyone dealing with .PDF files and not using pdfFiller is losing out.

My experience with PdfFiller was great. I use PdfFiller as a cloud storage for backup files, in addition I can multitask by retrieving signed documents and save them in my signed doc. file for later.

Not only did I find the product acceptable, but the Customer Service was wonderful, the fast response was the most surprising. My issue was resolved in a day or so ONLINE and included a refund. Keep in mind you cannot get that type of service in person At your local store.
