Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. The end result was far more professional looking than a handwritten form. About a 5 minute learning curve and the software functioned perfectly. After editing, I was able to save the pdf to my computer, send it by email, print it, and some other stuff that I didn't use. PDFfiler can also get remote signatures.

My power went out while preparing the doc and I panicked all my work would be lost. When I rebooted and opened the website fillable form, there it was! I was able to breathe again.

I like that you can edit a document as well as sign it! Also you can add signatures afterwards if you forgot the first time!Easy to use and a nice set out.

easy access & the ability to duplicate a document and them make alterations

the site seems to always pulls up the Dashboard - which i never use - I would prefer to start at my documents

Confusing to learn and there is a lot to learn. There is no simple way to learn that I can see . I contacted support but it is only a way to answer one question at a time . While I might recommend it to someone , it would be with caution about how complicated it is

PdfFiller is very convenient and easy to navigate. There is a lot of resources to help facilitate whatever project I am working on.

What do you like best?
Basically, it just works. There is no learning curve, no difficulties, no glitches. It is simple, does what it is supposed to do and more. I can merge sheets, sign docs, fill out forms ... everything that could otherwise be a hassle while working remotely.
What do you dislike?
It may just be my set up, but when I have completed the document on pdf Filler and click "save as," it downloads to my desktop as opposed to allowing me to set the folder of my choice on my hard drive. Not that big of a deal to open the download and 'save as' from there, but just a small annoyance.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I often receive documents piecemeal - one page at a time - or I get them back from different signors in different configurations. I love that I can upload them all at once, merge them right off the bat and have the combined document. I can easily rearrange the pages if needed too. Also, during this Pandemic, it has proved invaluable in getting documents easily executed when you cannot meet with signors in person.

Why does my PDF have weird symbols?
The reason for this can be that the document was produced incorrectly. Another common reason is that the character mapping information was deliberately obfuscated as a protection mechanism to prevent the reader to "copy & paste" the text data.
How do I change the color of a checkmark in a PDF flyer?
1:Go to the “Edit“tab>”Edit object”>”Shape”, please single-click on the check mark in the PDF page , then you will find that the right “Format” panel appears. 2:Please click on the “Line color” button in the right format panel to select a new color in the color palette.
Why is my PDF printing with weird characters?
The character fonts may not be embedded. Non-standard font encoding may have been used by the PDF producer. The characters affected may not map properly to unicode. Typically this issue must be resovled back in the authoring file and a new PDF produced.
