PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review.
But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Elie is a great ambassador for the business and she really follows through with her promises! I never expected that. They are also going to revise some aspects of the user interface to ensure proper notice of expense and conditions of subscription. I will certainly use PDFfiller in the future!

initially the software did not allow me to transform document to pdf. contact customer support and eventually the software work as instructed. last the pdf filler content page will not allow the user to rotate the document to the correct form. the document had to be rescan to the proper orientation prior to changing out the format.

There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

Can an employer change you from salary to hourly without notice?
At-will employment doesn't just cover firing, however: An employer can also change the status of an at-will employee -- including, for example, the employee's hours, salary, title, job duties, worksite, and so on -- without notice and without cause.
Can your employer switch you from salary to hourly?
When switching employees from salaried to hourly, you'll need to figure out what to pay them. The employee's hourly pay rate can be lowered to match their old weekly rate as long as they do not drop below the federal and state minimum wage.
Why would a company switch from salary to hourly?
Even if the employee takes a partial day off, you must pay full salary for that day. Hourly employees are paid for the exact amount of hours they work during the pay period. Therefore, if they take partial days off and do not have benefit days to cover the hours, you do not have to pay them for the time taken.
What happens when you go from salary to hourly?
The means: The rule doubles the minimum salary threshold to exempt an employee from overtime pay. Reclassify salaried employees as hourly, adjusting their base pay in order to account for overtime.
Can an employee be both exempt and hourly?
The answer is yes, they can. Such additional compensation may be paid on any basis such as flat sum, bonus payment, straight-time hourly amount, or even time-and-a-half. Employers should make sure, however, that these extra types of payments do not become the primary source of the employees' pay.
Can an employer change you from salary to hourly without notice California?
California does not have a law addressing when or how an employer may reduce an employee's wages or whether an employer must provide employees notice prior to instituting a wage reduction. Moreover, a wage reduction can only be applied to hours worked after the change and cannot be applied to hours already worked.
Why would my employer change me from salary to hourly?
Hourly employees receive a wage rate per hour and receive overtime compensation for working more than 40 hours in a work week. The amount of overtime pay due is 1 1/2 times the regular hourly rate. The term non-exempt means hourly employees are not exempt from the overtime rules set out by the FLEA.
Can an employer change you from exempt to nonexempt?
Yes. Even when a position qualifies for exempt status an employer may change the status to nonexempt to help cure an attendance problem. Employers choosing to change an exempt employee to nonexempt must do so with the intention of the change being long term or permanent.
