I like the fact I can do this online. But, being new, it's complicated finding my way around. I cannot figure out why the font changes size when completing column J - both lines.

Sometimes the system will not allow me to download the forms I've edited. Sometimes there are glitches in the system that prevent us from logging in and saving documents. Sometimes system can be a bit slow, I notice it more in the afternoon where people may use the system more.

Make sure to explore all functions this product offers! There is a ton of functions for the price you pay, take full advantage and improve your day to day work!

Excellent PDF Software
Overall, this is an excellent software for businesses for the many things you can do with the program.
I like that you can use forms previously created by other users of the software, or create your own forms as well. The software is user friendly, and provides all the functions we need in our business.
Unfortunately, that you have to pay to use the software. I understand that everything comes with a price, there are developers, etc. Considering the functions it provides, it is worth paying.

ease of completing the form - that makes it look much more professional than a hand written form.
I like the ease of being able to put all my information in on any form. The software easily moves you from one field to the next to populate. Everything looks much more professional than a handwritten form.
I don't like the fact that I cannot save my form. I can print it but it saves as a blank form. Maybe I am doing something wrong, since I just started using it, but it did not save what I put in.

My Issue
Only real issue I have is there doesn't seem to be any way to save the same PDF after I've modified it with the sight. If there was a way to do that I'd have probably given 5 star

How do I block a schedule in epic?
Open the Scheduler Workspace. Go to the SOAP ware menu, then click Schedule. Locate the Time Slot to Block. Using the Calendar, locate and highlight the time slot that you need to block on the schedule. Block. Enter Description for Block. Extend Time Slot if Needed.
What is epic scheduling?

How do you unblock time on acuity?
If the time is blocked on multiple calendars, you can unblock it on a specific calendar by clicking the block of time on said calendar and removing it, OR by removing the time from the Availability area of your calendar (in the Blocked Off Time section).
How do you set availability in acuity?
