It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

I had a very important document to sign and send at midnight one night and PDFfiller was recommended as a possible avenue. It was so easy to set up and even easier to use. I've used it a number of times since.

I find it tedious that I cannot page or scroll down with my cursor on the document. I also like pdf filler apps used by realtors that let you initial and then step to the next blank to complete.

So far so good, i personally like the documents you created are saved on the main screen and I can use it without having to look up instructions.

This has been a very pleasant surprise as I am a avid &somewhat devoted Adobe Acrobat user &didn't think that there existed any other app that could even come anyway close in performance, features &value to what has long been the industry standard for me...They created PDF file format..but PDFfiller has made working with them much more user-friendly &intuitive. Using the two in tandem has been both very eye-Opening ,&productive!!!

The application itself is amazing..
The application itself is amazing... everything works great... awesome features... easy to use... convenient... BUT... as with all of these services... they threaten you with a ridiculous amount ($96 for the basic annual subscription) if you forget to cancel your membership... and if I pay $96 I want lifetime access to something... or I'm not doing it, period. That's insane. It costs them next to nothing to maintain this website... it's just advertising. Oh, and they come up as a free online editor but then you gotta sign up for the trial and everything else... the hassle never ends. If this place let everyone use it for free they could make a killing on all the advertising they could sell... and everyone would get a free editor... anyway, I digress... enjoy the app!

Everything is okay so far.
Everything is okay so far, thank god for the merging feature. Only thing that bothered me is the zoom selection sometimes doesn't appear. Might give feedback if i encounter anything else

How do you void an invoice?
Go to Invoices > Unpaid / Paid Invoices. Locate the invoice, then click Options > Create Credit Note. Select whether you want the Invoice Values. Select Void Invoice as the Credit Note Type. Enter the Date Issued and Order No. The Cost Center Account defaults to the Original Invoice.
What happens when you void an invoice?
On the other hand, voiding an invoice cancels a particular payment or invoice. Voiding an invoice will keep the invoice number and list it in reports but changes the amounts to zero. Hence, if you want to stop a particular payment from being realized by QuickBooks, select void.
What does it mean to void an invoice?
Void a sales invoice. If you enter a sales invoice in error, you can't delete it, instead, you can mark it as void. Voiding an invoice removes the values, but it remains listed in your Sales Invoices, so the invoice numbers remain sequential, and you can view it if required.
What happens when you void an invoice in Hero?
Cancel an invoice if you no longer need it, or created it in error. The invoice is removed from Practice Manager, but remains in the audit history of the job. Time and costs on the cancelled invoice can be invoiced again. Depending on the status of the invoice, select the Draft, Awaiting Payment, or Overdue tab.
Can an invoice be Cancelled?
In general, invoices should not be deleted. In the event that they need to be rescinded or amended, a credit note will usually suffice. A credit note allows you to effectively and legally cancel an invoice.
How do you void or delete an invoice in QuickBooks?
To select an invoice to void or delete, click the Create Invoice icon on the QuickBooks homepage. Locate the invoice number that you want to void/delete. After you have located the invoice, click the Edit menu on the menu bar, then click Void Invoice or Delete invoice.

Click the name of the customer whose invoice you'll be voiding, find the Invoice from the list below, and click to open it. Select More > Void at the bottom.
