I wish it would edit pictures so I can erase and/or add text; it is not very accurate in determining the the input areas on forms; it changes the font on some .pdfs that are uploaded.

Excellent!!! If this doesn't help you in today's busy office nothing will. I compare it to driving downtown. You know where you want to go but can't because of all the 1-way streets. It opens up all the roads.

What do you dislike?
Some elements of the interface gets a bit busy. It ends up leaving me with a somewhat small visual operating space. It is worth mentioning, though, that this has improved a bit in the last six months or so.

I'm using the templates to edit and send out letters, which I like. I'm also sometimes using the direct email function.

A bit difficult to navigate…
A bit difficult to navigate through/enter updates unless you use this on a regular basis. Once the memory kicks in, it's a GREAT tool for making easy changes/adding necessary information.

Successful Chat Support
Kara helped me locate a document that I could not find after downloading it. What a relief!
I was extremely worried because personal information was on the document. Through the chat support feature, Kara guided me in locating the document in my account (which I didn't know I had), moving it to the Trash, and then permanently deleting it.

How do I stop a feature update?
Press Windows key + R, type: credit. Msc then hit Enter. Under Computer Configuration, expand Windows Components > Windows Updates > Defer Updates then double click Select when Feature Updates are received. You can block a feature update for up to 365 days.
How do I turn off Windows Update feature?
From the Start menu, go to Settings. Select Update & Security. Open the Windows Update section and click Advanced Options. Here, under Choose when updates are installed, find the option A feature update includes new capabilities and improvements.
How do I turn off Windows Automatic Updates?
Click Start > Control Panel > System and Security. Under Windows Update, click the “Turn automatic updating on or off” link. Click the “Change Settings” link on the left. Verify that you have Important Updates set to “Never check for updates (not recommended)” and click OK.
How do I stop automatic updates on Windows 10?
Open Settings. Click on Update & Security. Click on Windows Update. Click the Advanced options button. Under the “Pause updates” sections, use the Pause until drop-down menu, and select the time range to disable automatic updates.
