User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

I won't need this program enough to pay the monthly fee. If fee was 3 dollars a month I would keep it. Thank you for giving the free trial.

It was a little challenging at first and the online help was a little overbearing to start. You should always assume that people know how to operate every aspect of there computer. I had a glitch and he was a little belittling to me which being 50 and having diabetes its hard for me to see sometimes and once i stated that his demeanor changed and he helped me finally.

What if my notary seal wears out?
If your Notary seal should get smudged, be administered too lightly, or come out unevenly inked, simply affix a second seal near, but not over, the first one. Make sure it is readable and able to be photocopied. If space is tight, you may turn your seal sideways.
How do you dispose of a notary seal?
To destroy a self-inking notary stamp, put the stamp case upside-down on a non-slippery surface and push down on the case to expose the stamp surface. Carefully peel the rubber impression pad away from its base. Cut up the pad with a pair of scissors.
How do you destroy endorsement stamps?
Carefully peel the rubber covering from the base, and then use a sharp scissor or razor blade to cut and slice it into pieces so that no decipherable words or letters are left together. Discard the pieces in two or more trash containers. Empty the containers according to local laws.
How do you destroy the metal corporate seals?
If you have an ink stamp, the easiest way to destroy it is to use a knife or other sharp object to cut and damage the rubber seal impression so that the stamp no longer makes a usable impression. Embossers are more difficult to destroy because of their metal components.
What happens if I lose my notary stamp?
If your notary seal or stamp go missing, it's important to take immediate action. You Must Report Lost Or Stolen Notary Tools: Report lost or stolen notary tools to your local police department immediately, and keep a photocopy of the police report.
Can you notarize without your stamp?
All 50 states require public notaries to place their respective stamp on documents as a means to finalize and authenticate the service. Without this stamp, the document is not legally notarized. Placing the notary stamp over the signature may void the document, negating the notary's work.
How do I get a replacement notary stamp?
Notify the Secretary of State immediately, and note the last time the notary stamp was used. Call The American Association of Notaries at 1-800-721-2663, email us at info@texasnotary.com, or click here to order a new stamp.
