It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. Needed immediate access to a form and an option for signatures and PDFfiller worked really well for me. I signed up for the wrong plan but didn't realize it and someone from PDFfiller contacted me and asked how I would like to proceed. They also refunded my money for the incorrect plan,and made sure I had the correct amount charged for the correct plan. Forms are easy to use. Very impressed so far.

What I personally liked about this product is the convenience.
When using such a valuable product as pdfFiller it is nearly impossible to rate it lowly.

Quick and easy refund
I had excellent customer service after I was charged a monthly fee by error. The service response to my initial email was very quick; 3 easy, practical solutions were offered and following my choice my refund was processed very quickly.Very grateful.John

Don't let the name fool you, it does so much more than allow editing
I use pdfFiller to sign agreements when I'm traveling and don't have the version of Acrobat where you can sign, on my computer. I actually like pdfFiller much better, because it allows me to edit things that Acrobat does not. I've utilized several of the templates that have been very well laid out.
I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the templates and formatting options that are built in to pdfFiller
There is really nothing not to like. I don't use some of the features, because we don't need them, but I can't say it's missing anything or has any issues.

I filled out forms before purchasing app and thought it was saved. After I purchased the app I could not find my document. I texed with a customer service rep, he was no help and quit the communication.
