It's a good and intuitive product. the only technical glitch is that some of the larger text boxes are shifted over to the right by a fraction of an inch and outside the printable area of most printers.

With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Some of the protocols are cumbersome. For instance, when you want a standard form, it makes you go through a process instead of taking you right to the form.

Great for what I needed it for
Needed to complete nursery registration forms for my daughters (which were emailed to me in PDF format), but have no access to a printer, so really appreciate software like this! Was quickly able to complete, and then email back to the nursery.If you are someone who regular needs to complete PDF's online, then you would really benefit from this.Was slightly confusing to begin with, but quickly got my head around it.

Top notch customer support
I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy. I was most pleased with how quickly the customer service representatives and support were able to resolve my issues. If I ever need to use this companies product again, I wouldnt hesitate.

Happy with PDFfiller!
PDFfiller makes the documents that individuals within my company need to use frequently, more readily available, an improved option to frequently having to make copies before working with clients.
I really appreciate the functionality and ease of use for the product. The fact that it is possible to create a fillable PDF, to be used by multiple people or times. Uploading documents is extremely easy and the layout on the website makes all features easy to find. My absolute favorite thing is that you can sign things by singing from your phone, or saving a signature that you already have saved.
My only frustration is that if you download a fillable PDF, even when saving it will a different name, you can't print it with the content. I have found that I have to import the document and then print directly from the website, yet when uploaded the document makes the typed font smaller. Another tricky thing is that if you want to create a fillable PDF you must meticulously go through the document to check and highlight anything that you want to be able to fill information.
