PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. I liked the idea that I can modify a document with ease, but the yearly rate for educators is too much. I probably would have continued if I was given a reasonable monthly option. I do have a few subscriptions that I keep on a monthly option. So, keep that on mind when you are working with teachers.
