It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. I have experienced problems with a transaction on my credit card. Once I located the source of the transaction at PDFFiller, they were able to advise me and resolve the problem. They have been very friendly, professional and helpful throughout. Thank you PDFFiller.

I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named **** was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I very much appreciate this company's customer service. I will definitely use them in the future! :)"

Impressive customer service (LIVE support)
I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time. Thank you!
