Tons of functionality for a great price. Excellent customer response time. Feedback: when using the "home"/"end" keyboard buttons, it immediately takes you to the top/bottom of the form instead of beginning/end of the text box you are editing. Just an unintuitive and weird feature. Also, it would be great if there was a way to save LinkToFill settings so that they can be applied across other documents. Overall really happy with this product!

Where Do You Get a Certificate of Occupancy? A certificate of occupancy can be obtained through the local government, usually in the town or county's building department or department of housing. The request has to be made before any work is actually done.
Once the certificate of occupancy is written and issued, it is good for 90 days. The certificate of occupancy is only written and issued with a buyer's name.
Owners must make sure a building or unit has a Certificate of Occupancy. A Temporary Certificate of Occupancy or TCO indicates that the property is safe for occupancy, but it has an expiration date. Twos typically expire 90 days after they are issued.
A certificate of occupancy is a document issued by a local government agency or building department certifying a building's compliance with applicable building codes and other laws, and indicating it to be in a condition suitable for occupancy.
Buying a new house is exciting! Before you get caught up in the excitement, though, there is one piece of paper you need to make it legal the Certificate of Occupancy. Without it, you could find yourself without a home to live in, at least legally. Generally, you need this document before you close on your home.
What Is Required for a Certificate of Occupancy? Plumbing, electrical and building inspections are required for a certificate of occupancy.
