i have had a great experience so far
it is much easier to file medical claim forms than having to buy that specific software
i like how easy it is to import documents. I also like the ease of sharing, printing and storing documents
Really the only thing i do not particularly care for is the difficulty adding the individual box for editable fields

It was easy to sign and save my document with no interruptions or gemecs in between. I thought it would of been hard to get it sent via email but that was even more of a breeze.

Great Customer Service
I only needed the service for a specific period and thought I cancelled the service, until I was charged. I contacted customer service and gave every possible email address the service could be connected to, so I thought. None of those emails showed service connected to it, so they ended up submitting a trouble ticket. A few days later they contacted me to see if I was connected to another email address, and it was my husband's business, that I never thought about. Even though it automatically renewed, they responded that they would refund the charge.

How long does it take for Chart to update?
Your test results are released to your Chart account after your physician has reviewed them. This is generally within 1-12 days.
How do I read my Chart results?
My Medical Record With CHIN Chart, you can view test results as soon as they become available, rather than waiting for a phone call or letter from your provider. To view test results, go to My Medical Record > Test Results. Select a test to see more information about it, such as: The standard range for the result.

Your Chart information comes directly from your electronic medical record at your doctor's office. Ask your doctor to correct any inaccurate information at your next clinic visit, or you can use the Messaging, then “Get Medical Advice”" section of Chart after logging in to send a message to your provider's office.
Why is my Chart disabled?
The most common reason is due to too many failed attempts to login. For security reasons, Chart will lock down or deactivate your account after five (5) failed attempts to login. To regain access to your account, please you may contact the Chart Support team at MyChartSupport@tpcllp.com.
How do I send a message to Chart?
Log into your Chart account. Click on the Messaging tab. Click on Ask Your Care Team. Type in your message and click on Send.
How do I add another doctor to Chart?
If a family member needs a Chart account, there is a 'Sign Up Now' button on the main UW Health Chart page. To request access to another account, log into Chart and then select the Request access to another account (proxy) link under Quick Links located near the upper right-hand corner of the main Chart page.
