Your guy was good - but I really didn't get the result from the program I expected. I thought it would convert to word exactly. I understand why it didn't - just makes the program less than what I had thought I was buying. I don't do this type of work often and will probably just discontinue the program.

overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. I printed five copies of 47 pages that were pretty easy to print, collate, print from my printer overall my experience was that it is a pleasant experience.

This program is new to me...so far no issues. Well one small one. when I used a different device, it asked me to verify with a code. they gave me the code but it would not let me type in the code. Howervr I was sill able to use the program without the code.

Wish it was more affordable
Works great and seems to be the only app that put everything in the proper format for editing. My only complaint is that it isn't more affordable, especially for first year subscriptions I feel like there should be a discount so that you can truly decide if spending that much at once is worth it to you and your business needs.
