Just got the PDFfiler installed and it was easy to work and save. So far have a problem with printing or faxing the document to court. I have not learned all the works to the program yet, I'm sure that the reason.

The ease of accessing Acord applicaions, amend the existing and being able to save to my computer and then email to clients. The process is incredibly simple!
What do you dislike?
I had difficulty accessing Acords 125,, 126 & 140's. This has now been fixed and all is working fine. Very little to say, in as far as disliking PDFfiller.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best & quickest was to access all Acord Applications for Commercial Insurance.

I may a few times a year need to use…
I may a few times a year need to use editing or signature for pdf document. I was able to use edit to blackout simply by using quick guide under "Blackout'. Very simple and easy to adjust for use.

What do you like best?
Editing, merging and marking-up PDF documents and particularly drawings (I am an architect) is easy to do on the program.
Editing, deleting selected pages and merging are the most common features that I use, and this is easily done on pdfFiller.
It would be helpful if the program has better ways to draw lines and circles, etc., as these are basic needs when marking-up drawings. These features need to be improved.
What do you dislike?
Drawing features are not user friendly and need to be improved.
Highlighting, which is available on pdfFiller, can only be done in straight lines and not at an angle or in curved shapes. This needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Editing and merging PDF documents, marking-up PDF drawings. These are my most critical needs for document review and pdfFiller allows me to do all of this easily.

I used it for my rental application and lease. The app at times was very slow to open. that's why I rated it a 4/5. Other then that it was easy to use.

Great website!!
So far I love this service! Only had some tech issues yesterday and they were addressed quick by your tech support. I love the layout, it's very easy to navigate, and the editing options on the top bar also make it super easy to check, sign, and type just about anywhere in the document. I love it!

Do I have to give my caregiver a 1099?
If the caregiver is an independent contractor and is paid $600.00 or more in one calendar year, then the employer would be required to give the caregiver a form 1099-MISC, which is a miscellaneous income reporting of what has been paid to the caregiver. The employer would not have to withhold taxes on the caregiver.
Can a caregiver be an independent contractor?
The term independent caregiver is commonly used to describe a home care professional who does not work for an agency. According to the IRS, if a privately hired / independent caregiver is paid more than $2,100 per year (in 2019), they are considered to be a household employee, not an independent contractor.
Can a home health aide be an independent contractor?
Most CNAs and Has, with few exceptions, do not work as independent contractors. Rather, these highly qualified individuals are privately employed by the client (or family) that hires them to provide care. Only on rare occasions will you find CNAs or Has that truly work as independent contractors.
Do you have to be licensed to be a caregiver?
Caregivers who assist patients with day to day tasks such as companionship, cooking, and personal care, may not necessarily need to be licensed. Licensing is often required for CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), Has (Home Health Aides), and other professionals that provide medical care.
How do I become an independent caregiver?
The qualifications needed to start working as an independent contractor caregiver include certification, a high school diploma or GED certificate, and general housework skills. If you provide transportation, you need a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Is caregiver income taxable?
However, in some cases the caregivers are not employees. In such cases, the caregiver must still report the compensation as income of his or her Form 1040 or 1040-SR, and may be required to pay self-employment tax depending on the facts and circumstances.
Is caregiver income tax-exempt?
Generally speaking, any money a person brings in from any source is considered income for tax purposes. This waiver program gives tax exemptions to caregivers for some of the income they receive from Medicaid and state agencies if they meet certain criteria.
Do family caregivers have to pay taxes?
If you take care of a family member, and they give you money to help with household expenses, you don't need to pay taxes on this. This is not considered income by the IRS. It does, however, count as support in determining if your family member is a dependent for tax purposes.
