It's probably just me but it's hard to figure out what does what.Also trying to figure out what I can move on a PDF and what I have to erase and fill-in again. Otherwise I think it's one of the best. I should also say seems be working with my Dragon NaturallySpeaking

It's easy to work with. Wish there was a "clear all" button so that I wouldn't have to close and open back up to start a new form, but overall, great product

my son is in the military. so I needed some information notarized. with me and him being in different locations. I was able to use the pdf filler to sign my name. then add my son to the document as a team. so he can sign the document as well. after both signatures were on the document. and notarized by PDF filler. my son was able to get the document notarized by a notary.

I started with pdfFiller almost a week…
I started with pdfFiller almost a week ago, and tried to get support on and off. The Live Chat didn't work, so I was emailing, but the emailing didn't really work as I would wait for a response, and when I got a response, I was working on something else. But the Live Chat did work today. The first person was trying to help, but I didn't know how to do a screenshot and he got tired of waiting for me to do it and ended the chat. Then, I got KARA, who was fantastic. She did a Zoom meeting and showed me how to do everything I want. I am so relieved that I understand how to fix my problems, and I was just about to give up until Kara got on the Live Chat. She was patient and informative. She is a rock star!

Who pays property taxes on leased equipment?
Each jurisdiction that collects personal property taxes, taxes the owner of the equipment. Lease Services is the legal owner of the equipment under the lease agreement. Under the terms of the lease agreement, the lessee agreed to reimburse Lease Services for any such taxes paid on the leased equipment.

Generally, the applicable tax is a use tax upon the use in this state of the property by the lessee. The lessor must collect the tax from the lessee at the time rentals are paid by the lessee and give him or her a receipt of the kind called for in Regulation 1686 (18 CCR 1686).

In general, retail sales of tangible personal property in California are subject to sales tax. Generally, the tax imposed in lease transactions is a use tax on the lessee measured by rentals payable. This is true when the lease is one that is considered a continuing sale and purchase.
