Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! I've used pdffiller almost a year. Works pretty good.
Available anywhere. Document storage is good. Login in is easy. Options are many especially what can be done after the document is finished.
Time to load documents Too many clicks (four) to get it to print. Can't arrange folders to my liking.

It served my purposes
It served my purposes. There were a few instances where it would not properly let me check a box. Also, inputting dates, did not always work as expected. I was not always able to manually type in a date. It forced me to use the calendar. Sometimes.
It's a good tool.

What do you like best?
It is user friendly, very easy to navigate and to find the features I need regularly such as text and erase
What do you dislike?
Nothing that stands out. Again I use it every day and it has greatly reduced time spent on admin work
