PDFfiller is very easy to use and the auto-save feature works reliably. One thing that I didn't like was that I had to sign up for a plan to be able to save my pdf. Had I not chosen to sign up, I believe my work would have not been saved. What compelled me to sign up was that I didn't want to lose the work that I was doing. Overall, I think PDFfiller is a great tool and worth the money; however, some users may not like the mandatory payment in order to see their documents again.

I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. However, I called into the customer support line and had immediate amazing customer service in resolving my issue. My customer service rep was very detail in listening to my concerns and offering resolution. I liked the idea that I can modify a document with ease, but the yearly rate for educators is too much. I probably would have continued if I was given a reasonable monthly option. I do have a few subscriptions that I keep on a monthly option. So, keep that on mind when you are working with teachers.
