I would recommend, with caveats about the cost based on how much it would be used. Many government forms and other PDFs are already fillable, so PDFfiller isn't needed that often for the average person. However, it was very nice to use.

will cost reasonable to use site and programs and features. I love it to take any document and can make changes or add. its like all in one even the fax number and price which I will use.

I needed to print out the forms for a passport. PDFiller was where I was sent to do this. Perfect! I am an 83 year old senior and using a filler is not going to be a part of my life. What do you like best?
The best thing is simply how it works. So many forms that need to be filled out and they are sent in formats that don't allow that. pdfFiller fixes that problem.
What do you dislike?
I haven't really found anything that I dislike. It's a great software.

I do private consulting for government contractors and we have to finalize a LOT of Non-Disclosure Agreements. pdfFiller makes that a snap. Also we have many forms that have to be executed and it would be so difficult without this program.

What is photo attested?
Self attested photograph means you have to attest it yourself instead of a gazetted officer. Get the photo and after pasting it on the document or form put your signature in running hand partly on the base document and partly on the photo. That's all.
What is duly attested photograph?
”Duly” attested would mean that it is certified in such a way as complies with the local law. This could be, for example, signing it yourself. It could require the person who witnesses your signature on a document to which the photograph relates (say, a passport application) signs it.

If you have original mark sheets from CBSE and want to get attested copies, you should get them photocopied. Take both the originals and copies to a Gazetted officer and ask them to attest it. Attestation refers to signing a document along with a stamp of the Government of India by a Gazetted officer.
