What do you like best?
The best features are (1) the ability to easily import and that it converts with accuracy and (2) the ability to manipulate doc - more specifically merge, edit, copy, etc.
What do you dislike?
The only feature that does not seem intuitive at times is the folder structure and how the files are organized. When editing a doc it will always move a doc to the top because it is the most recently viewed or edited doc - but this sometimes makes it confusing. Similar to Outlook, it would be nice to have easier drag and drop feature for organizing the docs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a quick out of the box product, overall very intuitive and easy to use.

Few years with pdffiller I am their client for almost 3 years. I did my best to get how it works and was making bad reviews in appstore because complicated ui on the start. I was checking out competiting editors, but I could say that other apps were even more complicated. Many things changed from that time and editor became much more user friendly, got new options for saving money and time. I am less about challenging their customer service but sometimes updates are a bit confusing.

Easy to use for 1099 filings Use for 1099s and other tax filings. Used this product for 1099 filings.. simple and easy to use except for ability to make edits (address changes etc.) once filed. Once a 1099 is filed, program does not make it easy to go back and edit a document. Also, any updated filings are charged another filing fee, which seems excessive.

I have only used it to get the 1500 form used in billing. I like that you can save your info. You can save your documents and print them. It is easy to use. I like the ability to fax and mail from the site. I have not used it yet to develop a form. I hope to do so before the New Year. It is nice to be able to mail and fax from the site.

What do you like best? The site is very easy to use. The layout and design make it very simple to choose the best option for formatting documents. Choices for template or regular document helps to organize which docs you need to reuse. Even if you are not experienced, the options to choose from are so clear, you cannot make a mistake....and if you do, you can fix it very simply. What do you dislike? For me and my business purposes there is nothing wrong with this site. It is perfect and has made my business practice so much easier. I would love to attend a webinar eventually, but time right now does not allow it. I have been extremely pleased with pdfFiller and recommend it to everyone I know who has to fill out a lot of forms. Maybe slower than hand writing , but legible which is extremely important. My biggest issue is somehow I have two accounts with other documents saved and do not know how to merge them. Create Smart Albums to group photos automatically in Photos on Mac. A Smart Album automatically gathers and displays photos in your library that meet criteria you specify. For example, you can create a Smart Album that automatically collects any photos that have the keyword Kids.
A Smart Album is an album photo creates for you, based on criteria you specify. You can use photo's Faces or Places features, for example, to create Smart Albums containing certain people or images shot in certain locations.
To create a smart album, choose File> New Smart Album or press Command-Option-N once you've launched Photos on your Mac (you can't create smart albums in Photos for iOS). In the sheet that appears, use the menus to pick criteria. Click + to add another row of criteria (to remove a row, click -).
photo 6 provides folders into which you can organize multiple albums, along with books, cards, calendars, saved slideshows and even other folders. Folders are a great way to tuck away older items you don't want to see all the time. To create a folder: From the File menu, choose New Folder.
From the File menu, choose New Folder. photo creates a new untitled folder with the name selected, so you can name it. Enter a name for the folder.
To delete a folder: Select one or more folders and press, or -click a folder and choose To delete Folder from the contextual menu that appears. photo prompts you to make sure you know what you're doing; click Delete to delete the folder and all its contents. (Figure 3.16).
In the Photos' app on your Mac, click My Albums in the sidebar. Choose File > New Folder. Type a name for the folder. Drag albums into the folder. Tip: To quickly create a folder, Option-drag one or more albums onto another album. Photo places all the albums into a new folder.
