I like everything I have tried with the exception of the fact that I cannot download a fillable form to my desktop. I wanted to make a form that I could pull up quickly on my computer when I have a new patient intake. It only allows a link and too many steps to make this a good alternative to the paper and pen format I am currently using.

Not sure yet why the W2 would not send to IRS. the button was not lit up after I completed all of my information into the W2 forms. I doubt that I will be able to afford your product due to it billing annually. Also, the price is too high for my budget. -EPOC Bookings

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. What do you like best? Navigation is simple, editing works well and have never had any issues. What do you dislike? I really have not found anything that does not suit my needs. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? To edit design documents quickly by making quick changes. It also helps in editing quotes to clients.
