Took some getting used to the different text box features, but overall good. Worth the annual cost to be able to edit and print PDFs

Good. I used to use Docusign but they ruined everything by not allowing direct access to an existing account within email. It would be good if you could do that btw - when you preview a document in gmail you should be in the dropdown list of options for opening the doc and editing it.

What do you like best?
PDF filler has allowed me to not only make forms being filled out easier but also allows me to keep them archived on their server so I had don't have to look for them.
What do you dislike?
I think the only downside I would say is the send to sign can be a little confusing. Some of my clients have had issues trying to sign things when I've used this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only time I've had issues is when a form wouldn't load to the system. Customer service has always been great helping me out. They usually have the problem resolved quickly

The software could use some updating. It is not the easiest to edit the document. The app also kept crashing on me and I had to start all over again. It was very frustrating.

How do you convert a PDF to capital letters?
Highlight all the text you want to change. Hold down the Shift key and press F3. When you hold Shift and press F3, the text toggles from proper case (first-letter uppercase and the rest lowercased), to all uppercase (all capital letters), and then all lowercase.
How do I convert a non editable PDF to an editable PDF?
All you have to do is tap on the file, click “Open With”, and then select “Google Docs”. Once you do that, it will open the file in Google Docs, where you can easily edit the file and make necessary modifications to it. You can also download that modified version of the file to your system.
