I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. sometimes the app freezes and takes a few minutes to load which can be inconvenient when files are needed quickly. Also some features also drag for example the signature portion. Overall great app which I use daily for my work.

How do I schedule an appointment with Chart?

How do I get an activation code for Chart?
Request an Activation Code. We need some information from you in order to grant you a Chart account. Once approved, you will receive an email with your activation code and instructions on how to activate your Chart account. How do I set up Chart?

Why is my Chart disabled?
The most common reason is due to too many failed attempts to login. For security reasons, Chart will lock down or deactivate your account after five (5) failed attempts to login. To regain access to your account, please you may contact the Chart Support team at MyChartSupport@tpcllp.com.
