I have been using this site for 10 minutes, I really cannot give a good assessment. I do believe that a users manual should be more accessible from the home page so you can review the user guide while using the form filler.

I am happy with how to fill out the health claim form template. It is user-friendly and reliable. It is a little slow to open documents and I waste some time looking for the right one. I don't like the organization system and I haven't figured out Templates. I am not looking for a practice management system so I like buying only what I need. Overall, I like the app and I paid for a year subscription.

This is one handy app
This is one handy app! I'm constantly having to sign this or sign that but pdfFiller makes the process so simple and seamless. Gone are the days of printing my doc, signing it, and then scanning it back to HR at our corporate offices. pdfFiller has saved me a ton of time! I love it1

Excellent, excellent customer service! I contacted the company because I was charged a subscription fee which I wasn't aware that I had not yet cancelled. The customer service representative called Anna, I believe, immediately informed me that the subscription would be cancelled and an email to that effect was sent to me. I was also informed that my money would be refunded shortly....and indeed, it was returned to my card in 48 hours. Although, I don't have need for their services at this time, I would definitely use them at a later date, should the need arise.

How do you log a phone call?
The Android app can log both incoming and outgoing calls. To enable the call logging feature in the app, go to > Preferences and enable the log calls options accordingly. This option will allow you to log calls made from outside the Pipedrive app as activities.

What does it mean to log a call?
Call logging is the collection, evaluation, and reporting of technical and statistical data about telephone calls. It does not encompass phone tapping or call recording.
How do you document a phone call?
Write the conversation down. Simply takes notes with a pen and paper or on the computer during the conversation. Use a phone recorder. A phone recorder is a small device which connects to the telephone and records the call whenever the line is engaged. Install a smart-phone application a use it.
How do you document patient phone calls?
Record the content of the call in the patient's record. Include any instructions provided and the patient's understanding of that information. Include your name or the name of the staff member who took the cal land information about the patient's requests, concerns and issues.
