Haven't been able to add a blank page to the 3 page form I was working. The instructional video indicated I should see a "Pages" icon on the Edit line. I didn't.

You need some front end GUI. "What do you want to do?" "Create a brand new form from scratch?" "Make a PDF form fillable for your business?" etc.... I got the service and deleted my subscription only to play with it a little more and see the tiny, green side button that allows one to make the form fillable and then I realized this was a service I wanted. You are not demonstrating or advertising the best feature from the get-go.

How long is a settlement period?
It's when ownership passes from the seller to you, and you pay the balance of the sale price. The seller sets the settlement date in the contract of sale. As a general rule, property settlement periods are usually 30 to 90 days, but they can be longer or shorter.
How long is settlement period in NSW?
A 60-day settlement is most common (except in NSW which is usually 42 days). That normally gives the vendor and the buyer enough time to organize the financing, paperwork, moving, cleaning and other details that need to be resolved before settlement.

If you do not have a surplus account: a bank check collected at settlement will be deposited into your account after settlement. It takes at least 3 business days for the funds to clear into your account.

The average amount of time to receive a settlement check after a release is signed is about five to six weeks. However, several factors can delay this process from the specific process at your insurance company to debts and payments that may hold up your payment.
