I accidently was charged after trying this for completing a teacher application and not finding it as user-friendly as I thought for myself. I had a snip of cancelling, so after a few emails I was able to get a full refund. Very responsive!

What records can be sealed?
Generally, record sealing can be defined as the process of removing from general review the records pertaining to a court case. However, the records may not completely disappear and may still be reviewed under limited circumstances. In most instances, it requires a court order to unseal records once they are sealed.
Who can view a sealed record?
No other employer can see any cases that are sealed. Landlords also cannot see any record that has been sealed. Law enforcement agencies, on the other hand, can still see sealed records. Law enforcement agencies include police departments, the courts, and State's Attorneys.
Can a sealed record be seen on a background check?
Sealed records are technically still there, but they are no longer part of the public record and can only be accessed and reviewed by way of a formal court order. Expunged and sealed records can sometimes show up on criminal background checks.
Who can see a sealed criminal record?
When a criminal case is sealed, records can still be seen by: You, the defendant (with i.d.) Someone you authorize asking for your records (with i.d.) Your employer if you apply for a job where you carry a gun.
Can a sealed record be used against you?
While you may truthfully testify under oath that you have never been convicted of a crime when your record has in fact been expunged, the government still maintains evidence of your conviction and may use it against you in the narrow and specific circumstances allowed by state law, such as the situations described

The best way to obtain the most accurate information is to request a copy of your criminal record from the FBI or your state bureau of investigation, state police, or state public safety office. You may be required to submit your fingerprints.
