At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then
submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to
choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but
the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list.
This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

EASY TO USE, TRULY ALLOWS ONE TO EDIT PDFS. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE MORE FONTS AND THE ABILITY TO SET THE FONT SIZE MANUALLY, AND SMALLER THAN SIZE 8. OTHER THAN THAT, GREAT, USEFUL APP.

I have not been able to drag and drop from outlook '07. The additional step of saving a document locally and then uploading seems unnecessary.

I have been able to keep from printing countless documents that only need a quick signature only to be scanned in again and emailed out. There is a huge time saving as well being able to cut out those middle steps.

This is the only app I can erase and…
This is the only app I can erase and fill-in easily so I love it. However, the signing function is glitchy so I use Docu or Adobe sign for that. Still, soooo worth it b/c of the Erase and Fill features.

One of the better document editing apps available
Allows you to go completely paperless. Create pdf files from Excel, Word, etc. Merge or split different files. Offers electronic signatures. Easy to operate. Can track if the document has been viewed.
The app does what it says it does but in order to use more advanced features and options, the cost can get expensive.

What do you like best?
I can easily upload any type of form and start working immediately. Forms from the web, forms from vendors, Word documents, etc. I can also easily comvert to and from pdf as the form demands. Saving the document is a breeze and it is always the last form at the top when I log in again. It even reminds me if I have already started the same form again and gives me options.
What do you dislike?
The log-out is sometimes too quick, especially if I get interrupted on the phone. But even then, I just log back into the site and continue. Sometimes when I convert the file is in portrait or landscape, and it takes some time to change the orientation. However, once I got the hang of it, it went pretty quickly. I like the newer version better than what I used years ago.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can quickly complete forms for employment verification, DSS forms, unemployment forms, etc. I have yet to find a form I can't complete with pdfFiller. It speeds up my day and getting things accomplished as quickly as possible. It saves me, on average, 30+ minutes for each form. Thank you for making my life easier. I am always looking for things to help me help our company and pdfFiller is one such tool.

What is wage determination process?
The steps involved in determining wage rates involves performing job analysis, wage surveys, analysis of relevant organizational problems, forming wage structure, framing rules of wage administration, explaining these to employees, assigning grades and price to each job and paying the guaranteed wage.
How long does it take to get a prevailing wage determination?
In order to file the PERM application, it is necessary to obtain a prevailing wage determination (PhD) from the DOL. This establishes the appropriate minimum wage level required for the position. Wage determinations take approximately six weeks, as of this writing.
What is a wage determination definition?
A “wage determination” is the listing of wage rates and fringe benefit rates for each classification of laborers and mechanics. The Wage and Hour Division issues two types of wage determinations. They are general determinations, also known as area determinations, and project determinations.
What is SCA wage determination?
SCA wage determinations set forth the prevailing wages and fringe benefits that. Prime contractors and subcontractors must pay service employees working on covered contracts in specified geographic areas. SCA wage determinations are issued by the WHO Branch of Service Contract Wage Determinations.
How prevailing wage is determined?
The prevailing wages are determined based on wages paid to various classes of laborers and mechanics employed on specific types of construction projects in an area.
How often are wage determinations updated?
Wage Determinations are reviewed periodically, as new data become available. Most wage determinations are updated once a year. Must a wage determination be requested if the contract requires less than five employees? Yes.
How long does it take for Prevailing Wage Determination 2019?
Once the initial planning step is complete, employers will typically request a prevailing wage determination (PhD) from DOL. As of 2019, processing of Pads takes about four months.
How do you get a prevailing wage determination?
To request a prevailing wage determination for a Nonagricultural Immigration Program (PERM, H-1B, H-1B1, H-2B, and E-3) employers must complete the Form ETA-9141 (Application for Prevailing Wage Determination) and submit it to the National Prevailing Wage Center (NPC). Electronic filing is strongly recommended.
