I really like the application a lot. I am finding the fact that you do not have a field value setting which comes in handy for allowing a Check Mark to have a Value and Calculate costs based on Check Marks or Drop Down Menus. I also would love a copy and paste a single field, this comes in handy for repetitive drop down menus. Prepopulating a field from an earlier field value would be great in helping people not have to enter same information more than once.

The App is clunky and not easy to use and annoyed that when trying to combine different documents have to upgrade to the next level. So overall good product on laptop, poor app and disappointing capabilities v price.

A very good and friendly in navigating the fields. Need improvement especially in the telephone number field and user address died of CMS 1500 of 2012 and UB04. Unable to include the three digits telephone area code. Address field too small to contain full address including zip codes

Don't overdesign Your slides should be simple and clear. Eliminate unnecessary information and clutter. Make use of white space and don't cram too much on each slide. For each addition, ask yourself 'is this necessary; what does it add to the message? ' Avoid busy backgrounds that make text hard to read.
The first step is to open Microsoft PowerPoint. Click More options at the top of the page. Click Clear Formatting.
Try it! Select the text with the formatting you want to clear. Select Home > Clear All Formatting. or press Ctrl + Spacebar.
To remove a table style, select the Table Tools / Design tab on the ribbon. Then select the More drop-down arrow on the right of the Table Styles gallery, and choose Clear Table at the bottom.
