PDF filler is a good program that allows easy filling of PDF documents. I appreciated it more before I tried to use the option to share documents with other people. I'm not sure what the original intent was for this product, so I do not wish to sound judgmental. As far as filling out the documents and downloading them or printing them is wonderful. When I started trying to share the documents with others to fill out and have them sign them, it became quite a bit more limited. Since that may not have been its original intent, I remain compassionate towards the limitations it has.

Outstanding you can create your own PDF's or download them and fill them out online and then save them print them e-mail and fax them and even SMS them! you can add a digital copy of your signature so that you can actually receive a pdf as an email or e-fax and sign it and send it back a email, sms, fax etc. and you can do it all from any computer or mobile device

Wish there was a way to make all fields NOT-required, and add the required feature to the one I want, rather than undoing. Also, wish there was a way for the app to add fields where they seem to belong.

I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Had an issue with billing today (a Saturday) however after emailing their customer service team I got a very quick response and kept getting help and support until the issue was resolved, on the same day. The person I was in contact with was very polite, understanding and genuinely wanted to help. The service itself is great and I would recommend it to any business that needs to edit and sign documents online .

Perfect Software for Small Business
I use this software for my home inspection business to create required insurance reports and include images. It allows me to upload the required insurance form, edit it and add images for the required mitigation and four-point inspection reports. I love that I am able to save my reports, reuse them by editing as needed and organize them in the straightforward filing system.
Excellent value for all of the features offered. Easy to use and manage organization. Love the FAX feature, signature, editing and capacity to upload images.
Flash feature for uploading images. Settings have to be set and sometimes reset themselves. I use this feature everytime and sometimes the software freezes.

One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !!
My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work.
So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed.
I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time.
If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them.

Used on a Mac and had to fix some invoices. It was really cool the pdf filler would adjust the font and size to what was on the page. Perfect for what I needed thank you.
